Clear Mortgage Capital, Inc. is seeking an experienced full-cycle mortgage recruiter to source, screen, and place loan officers and related professionals in our Arizona markets.

You will build a robust pipeline, engage passive candidates, and partner with hiring managers to streamline the process from outreach to offers. Expect a high-volume outreach focus and relationship-building throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a mortgage recruiter with a successful track record recruiting loan officers.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with CRM/ATS, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct the full-cycle recruiting process for direct hire of qualified mortgage professionals.
• Build a pipeline of top talent and maintain contact with prospects and passive candidates.
• Leverage outreach methods such as high-volume cold calling, job fairs, job boards, and social media.
• Document accurate communication records in the applicant tracking system.
• Work closely with hiring managers to refine recruiting processes for mortgage professionals.

Mortgage Talent Acquisition

Our organization is hiring an experienced full-cycle mortgage recruiter to help us find, attract, and hire mortgage professionals with a commitment to excellence. You’ll spearhead the recruitment process from start to finish and use multiple candidate sourcing methods in your search. Our ideal applicant will have excellent relationship-building skills and many years of experience as a mortgage recruiter with a successful track record of consistently placing top talent.

Responsibilities

• Direct the full-cycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, qualification evaluation, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) for the direct hire of qualified candidates
• Build a pipeline of strong relationships with top talent, and maintain contact with prospects and passive candidates that may be a match in the future
• Leverage outreach methods to job seekers, such as high volume cold calling, open houses, job fairs, job boards, and social media
• Document detailed and accurate communication records in the applicant tracking system
• Work closely with hiring managers to build and refine a recruiting process for mortgage professionals (mortgage loan officers, mortgage loan processors, underwriters, etc.)

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a mortgage recruiter with a successful track record recruiting loan officers.
• Superb communication skills, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with CRM / applicant tracking systems, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools.

Compensation

$150,000 - $300,000 per year
