American Neighborhood Mortgage Acceptance Company is seeking a Full Time Business Development Manager in Virginia Beach, VA to drive mortgage loan originator recruitment and branch recruiting objectives.

Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the role involves identifying leads, nurturing them through steps toward commitment, and coordinating onboarding while upholding company culture. Travel will be frequent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mortgage sales is preferred.
• Experience in creating sales and marketing strategies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Solid verbal, written and organizational skills.
• Ability to make formal presentations both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Establishes contact with potential candidates in target markets.
• Builds relationships with Originator, Sales Manager, Branch Manager recruits and other industry professionals.
• Attracts candidates through calls, emails, CRM campaigns, LinkedIn, blog posts and other outreach methods.
• Assesses candidate or branch qualifications and conducts due diligence.
• Coords next steps such as discovery calls and onboarding with Branch Manager.
• Aligns marketing approach with company values and market persona.
