VulcanForms Inc. is seeking a Staff Recruiter (G&A and Go-To-Market) to scale our business operations and corporate functions, partnering with C-Suite and executives to own full lifecycle recruiting across Finance, Legal, HR, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

This high-growth environment rewards strategic thinking, initiative, and the ability to navigate complex org structures, market compensation benchmarks, and offer negotiations while delivering an exceptional candidate

Competenze

8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in fast-paced/high-growth environments.
Ability to understand complex org structures and tailor evaluation of candidates beyond keywords.
Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders.

Mansioni

Drive end-to-end recruiting strategy for G&A and GTM functions across Finance, HR, Legal, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Partner with C-suite and VP-level leaders as a strategic headcount and compensation advisor.
Identify and engage top-tier GTM and corporate talent using market mapping and sourcing networks.
Manage requisition loads in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-focused mindset.
Collaborate with HR, Total Rewards, Legal, and Finance to craft competitive offers and negotiate through close.
