You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design interview processes, and craft strategies to attract, evaluate, and close world-class talent as we scale.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, focused on business roles.
• Proven ability to hire in competitive markets and improve processes.
• Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline building.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in high-growth, venture-backed startups.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for business roles — from sourcing through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design interview processes, and meet hiring goals.
• Source and engage top talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative strategies.
• Own and continuously improve recruiting process, tooling, and metrics reporting for the business hiring function.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and thoughtful engagement at every stage.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and leadership, serving as a consultative partner on talent trends and hiring strategy.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other recruiters supporting business hiring.
