VulcanForms is seeking a Recruiter to support growth by managing full lifecycle recruiting for technical and operational roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has relevant technical recruiting experience across manufacturing, engineering, hardware, or other technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and operational positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive efficient processes.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication and engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners to support offers and recruitment initiatives.
• Adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data in the applicant tracking system.
