Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. is seeking a Lead People Partner to drive strategy and hands-on execution, partnering with leaders to build strong teams, coach managers, and solve people challenges.

You will shape scalable People processes that support a growing company, working across hourly and salaried staff onsite in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes the use of data, technology, and AI to improve the employee experience and organizational effectiveness while partnering with People Operations

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including as an HR Business Partner or People Partner.
• Experience supporting both salaried and hourly employee populations in a manufacturing/industrial environment is preferred.
• Strong employee relations experience and knowledge of employment laws.
• Ability to coach and influence leaders through complex people challenges.
• Experience building or improving HR processes in a growing environment.
• Strong business judgment and relationship-building skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the People Partner for assigned business units or shared services, building trusted relationships with leaders and employees.
• Coach leaders on performance management, feedback, and employee development to improve team effectiveness.
• Lead employee relations and performance matters with sound judgment and empathy, identifying root causes.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organization design, and talent development as the company grows.
• Build an engaging employee experience with onsite presence and strong cross-role relationships.
• Develop scalable People processes and programs to support a growing company, simplifying and standardizing where possible.
• Collaborate with People Operations to improve team effectiveness and ownership across the function.
• Operate with ownership in a fast-changing environment, using data and AI to improve how we work.
