Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a skilled recruiter to join our expanding talent team. You’ll partner with hiring managers to identify needs, source top candidates, and refine recruiting operations during rapid growth.

With 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, you’ll manage 8–10 requisitions, screen candidates across channels, and drive a strong candidate experience. Knowledge of GTM roles and data-driven hiring will help you excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting for G&A or GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, IT, HR, Marketing).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple open roles.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruiting strategies.
• Source and screen candidates via job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring teams and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
• Deliver a thoughtful and engaging candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Carry a full slate of 8–10 requisitions with strong organization and follow-through.
• Contribute to improving recruiting workflows and documentation across functions.
• Collaborate with coordinators and other recruiters to ensure a smooth process.
