Job summary

You will own full lifecycle recruiting across non-technical and commercial functions, partnering with C‑Suite and executive business partners. In a high‑growth environment, you will shape headcount strategy, run market mapping, and negotiate offers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in G&A and/or GTM
• Experience in high-growth tech environments
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing methodologies
• Strong executive stakeholder communication and alignment

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Finance, Legal, HR, and Sales
• Partner with C-level and VP leaders on headcount planning
• Develop competitive offers and negotiate with candidates
• Manage high requisition loads in a fast-paced setting
