Eight Eleven Group is seeking a recruiter to build talent networks and match qualified consultants with opportunities. You will advocate for candidates, maintain accessibility and help candidates navigate the job search and interview process.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, developing sourcing strategies, and guiding candidates through interviews and onboarding, with a focus on delivering rapid, high-quality placements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to identify client hiring needs.

• Qualify candidates through internal interviews (phone, in person, virtual).
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills and experience for open roles.
• Provide resume coaching, interview prep and feedback to candidates.
• Support onboarding and post-placement success with consultants.
