Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to determine client hiring needs.
• Identify niche-skilled candidates and develop sourcing strategies.
• Qualify candidates through internal interviews (phone, in-person, virtual) before presenting to clients.
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills and experience to fit open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Support onboarding and post-placement activities with clients and consultants.
