Job summary

Eight Eleven Group (DBA Calculated Hire) is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a global organization at its Exton, PA location on a 6-month contract with possible extensions. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, direct partnership with hiring leaders, and building strong candidate pipelines.

You will source, screen, and engage candidates across multiple functions, manage the recruiting lifecycle, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition teammates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience preferred
• Experience independently managing multiple requisitions and hiring-manager relationships
• Strong sourcing skills, including experience identifying passive candidates
• Comfortable recruiting across multiple job functions and skill sets
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, beauty, food, nutrition, life sciences, or related industries is a plus
• Experience with enterprise ATS platforms is preferred
• Ability to work onsite in Exton, PA two days per week

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and upcoming hiring needs
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates across a variety of functions
• Build pipelines for both active openings and harder-to-fill positions
• Manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle while providing a strong candidate experience
• Collaborate with internal talent coordinators and other members of the Talent Acquisition team
• Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers on candidate pipelines and recruiting progress
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, networking, and other sourcing strategies to identify talent
