Job summary

Eight Eleven Group is seeking a recruiter to identify and interview internal candidates for Recruiters and Sales Account Executives across our 30+ office locations. You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, conduct phone screens, and move candidates through the interview process efficiently.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and living in the Indianapolis area, with strong presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, HR or related major.
• Must live in the Indianapolis area.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Source prospective hires using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
• Conduct phone interviews and informational calls to prospective candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and move quickly to schedule.
• Act as a point of contact for prospective candidates.
• Travel to designated office locations and universities may be required during two heavy recruiting seasons.
