Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to source and place top IT talent with Fortune 500 clients. You will build relationships with candidates, coach them through interviews and job offers, and partner with the sales team to align on hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience sourcing and screening IT candidates.
• Ability to guide candidates through interviews and offers.
• Comfort with metrics and weekly targets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to identify client hiring needs and develop targeted talent strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, guiding them through interviews and job offers.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide coaching on resumes, interviews, and job offers to ensure candidate success.
• Deliver onboarding and post-placement support.
• Meet weekly metrics, including calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set and track personal and team goals with manager support.
