Eight Eleven Group is seeking a recruiter to build talent networks and connect qualified consultants with client opportunities. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and presenting top candidates to match client needs with speed and accuracy.

You will advocate for candidates, provide interview coaching, and support clients with flexible timelines while contributing to Eight Eleven’s growth and culture. This position is based in the Saint Louis area.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs.
• Help develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates.
• Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process.
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Handle a variety of activities daily and adapt to new challenges.
