Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Sr. Transaction Manager to lead complex lease and capital transactions, manage client relationships, and mentor a team of analysts and managers.

You'll oversee reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning while driving value for corporate clients. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of CRE transaction experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate and present effectively to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Masters/MBA preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience; CRE experience.
• Experience in contract reviews and lease/purchase negotiations.
• Experience with corporate clients to achieve real estate objectives.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage a team and develop direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client transactions and manage complex lease and capital deals.
• Oversee reporting, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and client communications.
• Supervise Analysts and other Transaction Managers; mentor junior staff.
• Develop occupancy cost savings strategies and financial structures.
