Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of relevant work experience with at least 4-8 years as a Transaction Manager, CRE experience.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, collaboration, organization/planning and process skills.

• Manage and execute complex lease and/or capital transactions.
• Lead client relationships and advise on transactions; attend regular client meetings.
• Supervise Analysts and other Transaction Managers; drive reporting and budget/c cash flow processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure transaction success and compliance.
