Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Transaction Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead lease transactions, manage client relationships, and support project coordination from pre-occupancy through move-in. The role requires hands-on leasing experience and active collaboration with brokers, tenants, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of CRE transaction experience, a broker license, and strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial real estate transactions or leasing
• Real estate broker/sales license
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume lease transactions and client updates.
• Foster client relationships and support business growth.
• Coordinate tenant improvements and move-in activities with contractors and internal teams.
• Review lease documents and write summaries/abstracts for due diligence.
• Oversee TI/construction coordination with municipalities and vendors.
• Track timelines, budgets, and communications to ensure on-time delivery.
