Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years of CRE experience with 4–8 years as a Transaction Manager.
• Experience in contract review and lease/purchase negotiations.
• Experience working with corporate clients to meet real estate objectives.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting impacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, collaboration, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to coach and develop junior teammates and lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute complex lease transactions while fostering client relationships.
• Oversee reporting, budgets, cash flow forecasts and substantial client memoranda.
• Lead the transaction team on accounts and coordinate with Analysts and other managers.
• Direct special projects and assignments as needed.
• Develop occupancy cost savings strategies and evaluate alternative occupancy solutions.
