Job summary

JLL is looking for a Transaction Manager in San Francisco. You'll manage lease transactions and support business growth by fostering client relationships while working in a dynamic team environment. This role calls for an individual with a strong commercial real estate background, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to client services.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, and a relevant degree is preferred. You'll also lead reporting updates and assist with various tasks, ensuring quality management and effective decision-making efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years commercial real estate transaction or leasing experience.
• Real estate brokerage or salesperson's license.
• Understanding of and commitment to client services.
• Ability to build relationships and interact effectively.
• Willingness to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease transactions and foster client relationships.
• Generate offering materials for new and existing assignments.
• Update sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools.
• Assume key transaction responsibilities and provide market advice.
• Assist with preparation of client deliverables and presentations.
