Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager to join a high-performing team supporting a Fortune 100 technology client. The role is based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY with travel for site selection, negotiations, and client interactions. Remote options available based on experience.

You will lead complex lease transactions, coordinate legal and finance inputs, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of experience in real estate transactions, strong negotiation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's, MBA, or advanced degree preferred.
10-15 years' experience managing complex, high-value transactions and portfolios.
Strong negotiating, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs/Sheets/Slides).

Responsibilities

Oversee a portfolio of sites and lead the transaction management process.
Negotiate high-value lease and related real estate agreements with precision and quality.
Coordinate broker/vendor activities and draft/negotiate RFPs, LOIs, leases, PSAs, and licenses.
Ensure due diligence and approvals across Tax, Risk, Accounting, Security, and Compliance.
Prepare financial analyses for opex and capex investments and meet deadlines.
Collaborate with legal counsel to finalize documentation for transactions.
Produce monthly/quarterly/ semi-annual client reports; identify improvements and lessons learned.
Coach and develop junior team members to elevate overall performance.
Safeguard quality and consistency of transaction outputs and progress reporting.
