Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Associate, Transaction Management to support one of JLL’s largest global technology clients. You will handle end-to-end real estate transactions, negotiating terms, coordinating with the client and brokers, and ensuring compliant, timely closures across portfolios.

The role requires 4–7+ years in real estate transaction management, strong analytical skills, and ability to present business cases and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate or related field.
• 4–7+ years of experience in commercial real estate transaction management or related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, lease structures, and market dynamics.
• Strong computer orientation & proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs/Sheets/Slides).
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable, strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support for the client’s real estate portfolio and all transactions, including lease renewals, new leases, acquisitions and dispositions.
• Manage lease amendments, estoppels, landlord engagements, notices, and disputes.
• Track deadlines across the transaction lifecycle to ensure compliant, timely closure.
• Coordinate with brokers to support smooth, compliant deal closure.
• Prepare and present comprehensive transaction summaries, market overviews and financial analyses.
