JLL is seeking a Sr. Transaction Manager to lead complex lease transactions for strategic clients in Chicago.

You will oversee regular reporting, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and documentation, coordinating with Analysts and other Managers to deliver value for the client and the account. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of CRE experience, proven skills in contract review, lease negotiations and financial analysis, and the ability to mentor junior teammates while building strong client

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years CRE experience with 4–8 years in Transaction Manager.
• Proven skills in contract review and lease/purchase negotiations.
• Experience with corporate clients to achieve real estate objectives.
• Strong analytical, negotiating and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor junior teammates and lead diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic lease transactions for industrial occupiers.
• Manage client meetings, reporting and budgets.
• Develop occupancy cost savings strategies and financial structures.
• Review invoices and progress on transactions.
• Collaborate with Analysts and other managers on complex projects.
• Provide guidance to junior teammates and grow talent.
