You will develop local market expertise, collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams, and maintain a high-velocity sales rhythm with autonomy and ownership over your success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a quota-carrying role.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong judgment and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth by identifying and engaging top real estate agents and teams.
• Position our value proposition including technology, marketing, and growth platform.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative process.
• Develop market expertise and maintain a local presence in Charleston.
