Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in sales/marketing support role.
• Proficiency with social platforms, CMS, and basic design tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination.
• Familiarity with email marketing software and analytics.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization.
• Team player with proactive mindset.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
• Video editing skills with Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination for RFPs and RFQs, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Translate client requirements into compelling, client-focused content.
• Shape look and storytelling of submissions to reflect Keller’s brand.
• Maintain proposal content, boilerplate, and capture lessons learned.
• Coordinate events and sponsorships, manage scheduling and vendor communications.
• Create engaging, on-brand event experiences to support business development.
• Support pre- and post-event communications to extend brand visibility.
• Assist in developing marketing materials and manage social media content.
• Maintain digital files, calendars, and contact databases; schedule department meetings.
