Qualifications

• Professional degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 3+ years of professional services pursuit marketing experience.
• Proficiency in InDesign.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong writing skills and ability to produce graphically designed page layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Leads coordination of pursuit submission process with go/no-go support and deadlines.
• Manages pursuit momentum and addresses gaps to stay on track.
• Coordinates preparation of qualifications packages, proposal submissions, and interview collateral.
• Ensures compliance with RFP requirements and firm branding standards.
• Applies pursuit playbooks and templates for process consistency.
• Manages document assembly and version control for accuracy.
• Enters and maintains pursuit data in CRM and Asana for reporting.
• Maintains organized files and standardized project information.
