Qualifications

• Professional degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Typically 3+ years of professional services pursuit marketing experience.
• Proficiency in InDesign.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong writing and page layout skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and interact with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Leads coordination of pursuit submission process and go/no-go efforts.
• Manages pursuit momentum, schedules, assignments and deadlines with minimal guidance.
• Coordinates preparation of qualifications packages, proposal submissions and interview collateral.
• Ensures compliance with RFP requirements and formatting.
• Maintains pursuit information in CRM and Asana with accuracy.
• Maintains and updates marketing content and boilerplate across materials.
• Supports entry-level staff and progressively increases ownership of content quality.
