The role requires strong writing, storytelling, and project management to deliver polished, on-brand submissions and engaging events. Collaboration with pursuit teams and marketing colleagues is essential for success.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in sales and marketing support or similar role.
• Proficiency with social platforms, CMS, and basic design tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with event planning and analytics tools.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead coordination for RFP/RFQ responses, ensuring on-time delivery and brand consistency.
• Translate client requirements and win strategy into compelling content.
• Shape look, flow, and storytelling of submissions to reflect Keller's brand.
• Maintain proposal content, boilerplate, and capture lessons learned.
• Coordinate company events, tradeshow participation, and client functions.
• Create on-brand event experiences to strengthen relationships and business development.
• Support sponsorship logistics and post-event follow-up content.
• Develop and edit marketing materials; assist with newsletters, blogs, and content creation.
• Assist with social media management and marketing calendars; organize digital files.
