Responsibilities

• Leads coordination of pursuit submission process with go/no-go support.
• Manages momentum, schedules, deadlines, and stakeholder assignments.
• Prepares qualifications packages, proposals, and interview collateral per brand standards.
• Ensures compliance with RFP requirements and formatting.
• Maintains files, CRM/Asana data, and boilerplate content.
• Mentors entry-level staff and supports content development over time.
