Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Pursuit & Proposal Specialist to join the US Mobility Winning Pursuits team. You will lead capture planning, strategy, and proposal activities across southeastern and Midwest regions, collaborating with client teams to win work in transportation markets.

Hybrid work is available, with a preference for NC/SC and EST time zone, and occasional travel as needed. Responsibilities include developing capture plans, writing proposals, and coordinating with marketing and subject

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in A/E/C marketing, pursuit, or business development.
Experience developing and writing proposals; understanding RFP processes.
Experience in capture planning and strategy development in A/E/C preferred.
Persuasive writing with features/benefits; strong MS Office and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Pursuit/Proposal activities from kickoff through submittal and debrief.
Develop and tailor win strategies and storyboards; guide intervention with writers/designers.
Coordinate market research, client meetings, and bid preparation.
Manage prequalification and targeted procurements; track progress in systems.
Collaborate with Marketing/Communications on campaigns and events.
