Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Lead Proposal Manager to steer pursuit planning, strategy and proposal development. You will coordinate with pursuit leaders, writers, and designers to ensure compelling responses that meet RFP requirements and client needs.

You’ll manage market research, communicate win strategies, and guide interview preparation while collaborating with marketing, technical staff, and leadership to improve win probability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of A/E/C industry experience as a marketing, pursuit or proposal specialist.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, professional/writing, political science, English or related field.
• Experience developing and writing proposals; thorough understanding of RFP and proposal development processes.
• Experience in capture planning/strategy development and implementation in A/E/C industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit planning, strategy development and implementation with pursuit team.
• Client account planning and regional strategy support.
• Develop and track capture plans, action items, and schedules.
• Lead prequalification processes and targeted procurements.
• Write and tailor RFP responses; coordinate interviews and content.
