Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Pursuit & Proposal Specialist to join our US Mobility Winning Pursuits team. You will lead capture planning, strategy, and proposal activities across regional client teams to win transportation work in the Midwest and Southeast.

This role emphasizes the full pursuit lifecycle, competitive messaging, and collaboration with marketing, client teams and subject-matter experts. Hybrid work options are available within EST time zone.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in A/E/C marketing, pursuit, proposal or business development
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field is required
• Experience with RFP/proposal development and persuasive writing

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit/proposal lifecycle from kick-off to post-submittal debrief
• Develop and tailor proposal content to meet RFP requirements
• Coordinate with client teams, capture plans and win strategies
• Support preproposal and debrief meetings; track feedback and competitor proposals
• Collaborate with Marketing/Communications on campaigns and branding
