Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, professional/technical writing, political science, English or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of A/E/C industry experience as a marketing, pursuit or proposal specialist.
• Experience developing and writing proposals; thorough understanding of RFP/proposal development.
• Experience in capture planning/strategy development in A/E/C industry preferred.
• Persuasive writing and developing features/benefits required.
• MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required.
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) preferred; Office365/SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams knowledge preferred.
• CPSM or APMP certification preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Lead pursuit and capture planning strategy in partnership with pursuit leaders.
• Serve as Lead Proposal Manager from kickoff through proposal development and interview prep.
• Write new text or tailor materials; ensure RFP requirements and key messages are addressed.
• Coordinate with proposal coordinators and designers; edit content from writers.
• Support interview preparation and client pre-proposal meetings.
• Track debrief feedback and provide insights for future pursuits.
• Support proactive pipeline management in CRM and regional project descriptions coordination.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Communications on branding, awards, and events.
