Arcadis U.S.Inc. is seeking a Pursuit & Proposal Specialist to join our US Mobility Winning Pursuits team. You will partner with client teams to drive capture planning, strategy, and pursuit activities across the Midwest and southeastern markets.

This role leads proposal development, tailors responses to RFPs, and supports interview preparation, with hybrid work options and preference for NC/SC locations.

Formación

• 5+ years in A/E/C marketing/proposals/pursuit
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
• Experience developing and writing proposals; understanding of RFP processes
• Experience in capture planning/strategy development in A/E/C
• Persuasive writing and developing features/benefits
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
• Office365/SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams familiarity
• CPSM or APMP certification preferred but not required

Responsabilidades

• Lead pursuit planning and strategy development with pursuit teams
• Develop capture plans and track action items and schedules
• Implement action plans to increase win probability before RFPs
• Create win strategies and storyboards
• Conduct market research on opportunities, clients, and competitors
• Support content development for positioning meetings and events
• Manage prequalification processes and targeted procurements
• Write and tailor proposal materials; interview staff and incorporate win strategy
