Job summary

Arcadis in the United States seeks a Lead Proposal Manager to drive pursuit strategy, develop capture plans, and manage the full proposal lifecycle from kick-off to interview preparation. You will coordinate with Pursuit Leaders, writers, designers, and client teams to craft competitive responses and win strategies.

Required: 5+ years in A/E/C marketing/proposals, a bachelor’s degree in communications/marketing or related field, strong MS Office, InDesign preferred, CPSM/APMP when possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in A/E/C marketing, pursuit or proposal roles
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, writing or related field
• Experience developing and writing proposals; understanding of RFP processes
• Experience in capture planning/strategy development in A/E/C (preferred)
• Persuasive writing and features/benefits development experience
• MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint proficiency
• Adobe Creative Suite experience (InDesign preferred)
• Office365/SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams knowledge (preferred)
• CPSM or APMP certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit strategy and capture planning with Pursuit Leaders
• Manage development of comprehensive capture plans and action items
• Oversee proposal content, tailoring, and interview prep
• Coordinate with marketing, graphics, and client teams
• Track debriefs and competitor proposals for lessons learned
• Support CRM pipeline and staff resume data management
• Collaborate with Marketing/Communications on campaigns and events
