Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Key Account Manager to grow and maintain pulp and paper customer accounts in the Fernandina Beach region. You will lead account strategy, manage technical service programs, and ensure customer satisfaction while delivering profitable business results.

The role requires building relationships with stakeholders, identifying opportunities, coordinating trials, and driving safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or scientific discipline is preferred.
• Experience in account management, technical sales, or customer-facing roles in industrial manufacturing, water treatment, or pulp and paper environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand assigned pulp and paper customer accounts in the Fernandina Beach region.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead account representatives, support engineers, and technicians supporting the business.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute product and program trials.
• Monitor treatment program performance and communicate results to customer leadership teams.
• Drive safety initiatives and ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
• Achieve sales, gross profit, and product mix objectives while delivering measurable value to customers.
