Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to grow and maintain customer accounts in the pulp and paper industry around Fernandina Beach, FL. You will serve as the primary contact, lead account strategy, identify growth opportunities, and manage technical service programs to deliver profitable results.

You will cultivate strong relationships with customer stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and drive sales, safety, and program performance while aligning with Solenis’

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or scientific discipline preferred.
• Experience in account management, technical sales, or customer-facing roles within industrial manufacturing, water treatment, or pulp and paper environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand assigned pulp and paper customer accounts in the Fernandina Beach region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead account representatives, support engineers, and technicians supporting the business.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute product and program trials.
• Monitor treatment program performance and communicate results to customer leadership teams.
• Drive safety initiatives and ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
• Achieve sales, gross profit, and product mix objectives while delivering measurable value to customers.
