Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of experience in aerospace government procurement or related field.
• Experience in capture management, business development, project/business/program management or engineering.
• Ability to conduct independent technical and concept discussions with Space Science and Technology community.

• Manage task distribution and workflow for proposals and pursuits.
• Interface with customer community, potential new business organizations, and stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into specific requirements and tailor company offerings.
• Oversee the BAP process to develop growth strategies and funding execution.
• Assist capture/proposal managers with proposals and execution.
• Participate in key capture pursuits.
