Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in aerospace government procurement of weapons systems.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in capture management, business development, project/business/program management or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage task distribution and workflow for proposals across multiple programs.
• Interface with customer community and stakeholders; conduct initial business discussions.
• Translate customer needs into requirements and tailored offerings; manage captures for growth.
• Oversee Northrop Grumman’s BAP steps; develop growth strategies and pursue opportunities.
• Assist capture/proposal managers with proposals and execution.
• Participate in key capture pursuits.
