Job summary

You will allocate work, mentor staff, ensure safety/quality, and drive technical excellence across projects. The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years' engineering experience, strong leadership, and the ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience in product development or production project engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PLM, and CAD tools.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals on schedule.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, allocate resources to complete program engineering tasks on schedule and budget.
• Mentor and motivate a high-performing engineering team with development plans.
• Maintain safety and quality standards; uphold engineering processes.
