The candidate should have a strong leadership background, experience managing complex programs, and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
• Experience leading a team on large or challenging projects
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
