• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• Master’s degree favored in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• Strong leadership and project management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with CAD, PLM and related engineering tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prioritize, allocate, and manage resources for assignments within budget and schedule.
• Mentor and motivate a high-performing engineering team.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across engineering outputs.
• Support technology growth through roadmap development and proposal support.
