Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing task distribution and workflow to support proposals for small to large pursuits.
• Communicate with customer communities, potential new business organizations, and stakeholders; conduct initial technical discussions.
• Translate customer needs into specific requirements and tailor company offerings to meet them.
• Oversee Northrop Grumman’s BAP steps to develop growth strategies, funding, and pursuit priorities.
• Assist capture/proposal managers with proposals and execution.
• Participate in key capture pursuits.
