Metropolis in the United States is seeking an Associate Account Executive to drive net-new business within a regional territory, leveraging AI and computer vision to transform parking and real estate workflows. You will play a pivotal role in growing our presence as we revolutionize mobility and automation across sectors.

The role requires at least 2+ years in SDR/BDR or client-facing roles, strong relationship-building, and a data-driven, KPI-minded approach to sales.

Qualifications

2+ years in SDR/BDR or client-facing roles such as consulting, finance, operations, recruiting, or similar industries.
Experience selling into asset managers, ownership groups, or real estate partners, ideally in proptech or mobility.
Demonstrated ability to create new relationships and use them to generate opportunities and accelerate deal velocity.
Data-literate with pipeline management and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop net-new business opportunities through multiple lead-gen channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events).
Conduct discovery, product demos, and formal sales presentations with supporting documentation for meetings.
Lead client discovery sessions and manage strong deal handoffs and context with Account Executives.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal on underwriting and financial modeling to align with business goals.
Maintain accurate Salesforce/CRM data and monitor pipeline hygiene.
