Job summary

Metropolis is seeking a strategic Associate Account Executive to join our fast-growing team in Los Angeles. You will support a regional territory, drive net-new business, and expand Metropolis’s presence as we revolutionize parking with AI and computer vision.

You will identify opportunities through cold outreach, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and conduct client discovery sessions, product demos, and formal sales presentations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a SDR/BDR or client-facing role.
• Experience selling into asset managers or real estate partners; proptech, mobility, or related industries is a plus.
• Ability to develop relationships and generate opportunities to accelerate deal velocity.
• Proficiency in forecasting and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop net-new business opportunities through multiple lead-gen channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
• Execute consultative sales calls to qualify inbound and outbound leads and uncover pain points.
• Lead client discovery sessions, product demos and sales presentations with documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams on underwriting and financial modeling to align with goals.
• Maintain accurate data and strong pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and CRM.
