Job summary

Metropolis is seeking an Associate Account Executive to drive net-new business in a fast-growing team. You will support regional growth, build relationships, and advance opportunities through discovery calls, demos, and strategic proposals.

You will travel regionally, collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal teams, and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows. The role offers a competitive base salary tied to experience and location, plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in a SDR/BDR role or client-facing roles.
Experience selling into asset managers, ownership groups, or real estate partners.
Willingness to travel regionally to support clients and prospecting efforts.
Experience leveraging AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, high-output processes.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop net-new business opportunities through multiple lead gen channels.
Execute a consultative sales approach to qualify inbound and outbound leads.
Lead client discovery sessions, product demos, and formal sales presentations.
Partner with Account Executives to manage client portfolios and ensure strong deal handoffs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on underwriting and financial modeling.
Maintain meticulous activity tracking and clean pipeline in Salesforce.
Monitor sales performance metrics and pipeline development to hit targets.
Develop and implement account strategies and outreach initiatives.
Master buyer personas and industry trends to inform growth strategies.
