Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks an experiencedPROPOSAL MANAGER to lead RFQ/RFP responses and coordinate schedules across divisions. The role supports development, review, and submission of strategic proposals under minimal supervision.

You will manage templates, collaborate with legal, marketing, finance, and operations, and drive content creation with SMEs to meet client requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Experience in developing RFQ/RFP responses and related documentation.
• Knowledge of APMP/Shipley methods is a plus.
• Strong writing and editing skills for technical content.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and coordinate timelines with the Proposal Manager and BD team.
• Develop response templates and ensure content aligns with company standards.
• Coordinate with internal SMEs to gather information and craft compelling proposals.
• Manage document development, formatting, proofreading, and submission.
• Support weekly Capture Management and Opportunity reporting with up-to-date data.
