Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses for the company across divisions and offices.
• Co-manage proposal activity schedules, document development, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop templates and coordinate with internal SMEs, legal/contracts, and marketing for content and compliance.
• Perform desktop publishing tasks for readability and presentation of information.
• Support weekly Capture Management and Opportunity reporting with current opportunity data.
