Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a senior proposal professional to lead strategic responses to RFQ/RFPs, coordinating with multiple divisions and the Proposal Manager to ensure baseline quality and timely submissions.

You will develop content with internal SMEs, manage schedules, and oversee document development, formatting, and delivery while supporting corporate marketing alignment and library maintenance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of marketing, business development, and/or proposal fields.
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• Attention to detail and strong English grammar and spelling.
• Ability to work with remote teammates.
• Preferred experience editing content for architectural, engineering, or construction firms.
• Preferred knowledge of APMP, Shipley, Lohfeld, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic responses to RFQ/RFPs for the company across divisions and offices.
• Co-manage proposal activity schedules, document development, and coordination to meet quality standards.
• Develop content from SMEs, apply strategic insight, and adapt materials for purposes.
• Perform desktop publishing, formatting, proofreading, and visual design for readability.
• Coordinate submittal, delivery, and packaging of proposals; print/bind/ship as needed.
• Support group maintenance of content libraries and resumes.
