Job summary

Baker Hughes Holdings LLC is seeking a Sales Proposal Manager to lead proposal development, contract negotiation, and compliance with commercial risk. You will guide pricing, tender submission, and multi-stakeholder collaboration across engineering, legal, risk, and finance teams.

The role requires a strong technical background, sharp communication, and a track record in complex sales. You will contribute to market-leading proposals while aligning with corporate goals and execution plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Proposals.
• Advanced English level.
• Ability to understand technical project requirements and support commercial/execution frameworks.
• Exposure to commercial discussions, proposals, customer engagement, or contracting structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value.
• Handle products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and environment understanding; adapt to client conditions.
• Manage complex sales involving multiple stakeholders across client and internal teams; consider technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects.
• Handle important business unit clients and coordinate sales teams including engineering, legal, risk, and finance.
• Operate in medium-large sales and multi-country markets.
