Job summary

Jaynes Corporation is seeking a highly organized Proposal Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our proposal efforts and ensure alignment with project strategy and owner requirements.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, business development, estimating, project management, preconstruction, and operations to develop compelling content, manage timelines, and ensure compliance with RFP instructions. Full-time, on-site, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience coordinating and managing major proposal efforts.
• Proven ability to lead capture planning and ensure proposals meet client requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to organize large information sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the entire proposal effort.
• Drive the proposal process to meet timelines and owner specifications.
• Coordinate with marketing, BD, estimating, PM, preconstruction, and operations to develop proposal content.
• Develop strategy and win themes tailored to each opportunity.
• Schedule and track proposal meetings, deliverables, deadlines, and quality reviews.
• Ensure compliance with RFP instructions and owner specs.
• Oversee layout, writing, editing, and formatting to maintain quality and branding.
• Lead post-submission debriefs and continuous improvement efforts.
